- GAP Analysis this will be the initial phase to ensure our consultants understand what you have in place and what is required to ensure you are compliant.
- Assist with data mapping and inventories some times called information audits.
- Training for the Trust Board of LGB or directorship and awareness training for all staff via zoom or teams or face-to-face.
- Data breach support either on site or via telephone as required.
- Unlimited calls to your nominated DPO-V
- Template policies and procedures an updates during the life of your contract.
- Accountability and Governance ensure we are connected with the relevant senior person to enable access to the Trust Board, LGB or directorship. This is so any change that is required can be affected.
- Assistance with subject access requests, requests for educational records or those under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
- Advice and guidance on remote learning implementing new technology.
- Assistance with your safety and security risk assessment.
- Data Protection Impact Assessments.
