In partnership with specialist legal expense and general commercial insurance brokers National Risk Solutions (NRS) Limited (who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority – ref. no. 913086), we can provide access to Management Liability insurance which will cover legal costs, awards and settlements incurred in respect of any Employment Tribunal Proceedings (from the KEEFFE & ASSOCIATES Conciliation Stage) under the Employment Practices Liability policy section.
